Recently we often come across the reports on detection of expired products in the markets. Despite regular monitoring carried out by the relevant state bodies, the problem still remains. Chairman of Free Consumers Union Eyyub Huseynov responded to our questions on expired and food products that do not meet standards. Chairman of the Union stressed the importance of knowing product's shelf life and conditions of detention as an indicator of product quality. Eyyub Huseynov said that different methods are used in the sale of expired products.
