On November 1, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov received a delegation led by the Chief of Army Staff of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, General Syed Asim Munir. The Pakistani delegation is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.
Prior to the meeting, the Pakistani delegation visited the Alley of Shehids (Martyrs) and paid tribute to the memory of sons of the Motherland, who became Shehids for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
