A charity match between Aghdam’s Qarabag and Istanbul’s Galatasaray football clubs has been held at Baku Olympic Stadium. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva watched the match at the stadium.

First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has posted video footages from Qarabag vs Galatasaray match on her official Instagram page. According to AZERTAC, the post says: “26.03.2023. Türkiye-Azerbaijan brotherhood is eternal and unshakable!”

On March 24, the movement of the column carrying out illegal military transportation through the Khankendi-Khalfali-Turshsu dirt road was detected. The movement of 1 BTR-82A combat vehicle belonging to the Russian peacekeeping contingent, 3 Armenian KamAZ awnings and a KamAZ vehicle with a fuel tank was recorded by Azerbaijan Army's technical surveillance means. Such activities carried out by the Russian peacekeeping contingent are a failure of fulfillment of their duties related to the implementation of the provisions of the Trilateral Statement .

Accompaniment of supply vehicles belonging to illegal Armenian armed detachments by the Russian peacekeeping contingent's units temporarily stationed in the Karabakh economic region was observed by the Azerbaijani side once again. Column movement of 1 BTR-82A combat vehicle belonging to the Russian peacekeeping contingent, 3 Armenian URAL awnings and a KamAZ vehicle with a fuel tank (five military vehicles in total) in the direction of the Khankendi-Khalfali-Turshsu dirt road, was recorded by Azerbaijan Army's technical surveillance means.

Illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily deployed, continue to transport military cargo from Armenia using dirt roads alternative to the Shusha-Lachin road. Taking advantage of the night hours and foggy weather conditions, illegal Armenian armed detachments transfer manpower, ammunition, mines, as well as fuel, water, food and other logistic support assets to combat positions through the Khankendi-Khalfali-Turshsu dirt road.
