President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Russia on a working visit at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
According to AZERTAC, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko and other officials welcomed President Ilham Aliyev at Vnukovo-2 international airport in Moscow.
