President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today visited Tartar and Barda districts.AZERTAC reports that the head of state laid flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city of Tartar.The Azerbaijani President inaugurated the highways leading to Sugovushan settlement and Talish village of Tartar district.
