President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar.
Toivo Klaar extended greetings of President of the European Council Charles Michel to the head of state. President Ilham Aliyev thanked for the greetings of the European Council President and asked the Special Representative to extend his greetings to Charles Michel.
