President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Governor of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin.
The head of state praised Azerbaijan`s fruitful cooperation with separate federal subjects of the Russian Federation, including the Astrakhan region, and emphasized the role of this cooperation in developing Azerbaijan-Russia relations.
