According to the training plan for 2023 approved the Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Azerbaijan Air Force aircraft have carried out training flights, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

“The pilots accomplish tasks of takeoff, landing, complex maneuvers at low and medium altitudes, determining the coordinates of the imaginary enemy’s land-based targets, aerial reconnaissance, as well as other activities according to the plan.

The exercises focused on improving combat skills and increasing professionalism of military pilots are underway,” the ministry said.
