The capitals of Mexico, Colombia, and Peru, namely Mexico City, Bogotá, and Lima, have installed billboards as part of the "Justice for Khojaly" international campaign to commemorate the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide according to Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Mexico.
