On September 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation stone for the second residential complex in the city of Kalbajar.
Bashir Hajiyev, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Kalbajar district, briefed the head of state on the residential complex.
The complex, to be constructed on a 1.76-hectare site, is part of a multifunctional zone outlined in the city's master plan.
