On October 31, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of Ivan Vangu Ngimbi, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The ambassador presented his credentials to the head of state.
