In AZERTAC’s “If I Were a Tourist” feature, the next destination is the Balakhani settlement of Baku. Balakhani, located in the northwest of the capital, is one of the oldest settlements rich in historical and cultural monuments. Baku’s first oil wells were drilled in this settlement.
