"I think we have seen, already in the last few months, increased cooperation in terms of customs, energy and food between the countries of the region, which shows that there is an increased willingness in the capitals to engage with each other. I think the TRIPP project shows that there is continued commitment and engagement by Washington to actually work on this long-standing problem and to help find resolution.
