President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Martin Chungong.
IPU Secretary General Martin Chungong said he is pleased to be visiting Azerbaijan, describing Baku as a beautiful city. He said the more he learns of Azerbaijan, the more he is interested in the country.
