President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of Balakan-Saribulag-Gabagchol-Khalatala highway. Chairman of Azeravtoyol OJSC Saleh Mammadov informed the head of state about the technical indicators of the highway.
