President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Executive Director of Smart Africa Initiative Hamadoun Toure.
Executive Director Hamadoun Toure recalled his last visit to Azerbaijan to attend the Bakutel International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition in 2014, as a Secretary General of the International Telecommunication Union.
