An official welcome ceremony has been held for Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel, who arrived in Azerbaijan for a visit.
A guard of honor was arranged for the German Federal Chancellor in the square decorated with the national flags of the two countries.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev welcomed German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel.
