Azerbaijan`s Constitutional Court is holding a plenary session to review the President`s request regarding compliance of the dissolution of the parliament with the country`s Constitution. On Monday, Azerbaijan's top legislative body, the Milli Majlis, adopted an appeal to the President on dissolving the parliament and holding early elections.
