The Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov organized at the Military Lyceum named after Jamshid Nakhchivanski an event with the title of "Zafar" dedicated to the victory of the Azerbaijan Army in the 44-day Patriotic War.
The event was attended by the military personnel of the military lyceum, the creative collectives of the Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov, Baku City Main Department of Culture as well as of the public representatives.
