A groundbreaking ceremony has been held for the 240-megawatt “Khizi-Absheron” Wind Power Plant to be built in Azerbaijan by ACWA Power of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.
