On 26 June, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the Istisu sanatorium in Kalbajar district.Head of the President’s Administrative Services Department Ramin Guluzade informed the President of the work to be done at the sanatorium.
