2 dead, 7 injured as bus overturns, catches fire on Nagoya Expressway

Two people have been confirmed dead after a bus toppled over and caught on fire on an expressway in the central Japan city of Nagoya.
At around 10:15 a.m. on Aug. 22, police received an emergency call from an individual saying they could see "black smoke and fire" on the Nagoya Expressway's outbound Komaki Route in Nagoya's Kita Ward. According to the Aichi Prefectural Police expressway patrol unit and other sources, a pileup occurred and the large bus toppled over and burst into flames.
