On May 13, a briefing for the foreign countries’ military attachés, accredited to the Republic of Azerbaijan, and representatives of international organizations in the country was held at the International Military Cooperation Department.
Speaking at the briefing, the Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department, Major General Huseyn Mahmudov informed in detail the military representatives of foreign countries about the Armenian armed forces units’ deliberate provocation, committed starting from the evening of May 10, from positions in the Zod direction of the Basarkechar region, by subjecting to intensive fire the the Azerbaijan Army’s opposite positions using various types of small arms.
