Over 288 killed, 900 injured in India's deadly train accident

More than 288 people were killed and 900 others injured in a major accident Friday evening involving three trains in the eastern Indian state of Odisha, officials said on Saturday, according to Xinhua.
At least 207 people died and about 900 were injured in the accident, and the death toll is likely to increase further, according to a Twitter post by Pradeep Jena, chief secretary of Odisha.
