Since the establishment of the "Lachin" border checkpoint on the state border with the Republic of Armenia, necessary conditions have been created for the passage of vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) across the state border, subject to appropriate border and customs clearance, the State Border Service told AZERTAC.
