“As a chair of NAM, Azerbaijan has initiated a platform for dialogues between NAM member states and special procedure mandate holders. Azerbaijan as a NAM chair promotes within HRC such topics as right to development, international cooperation in human rights and the impact of unilateral cohesive measures on human rights including by tabling the sematic HRC resolutions”. Said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov as he addressed the 54th session of the UN Human Rights Council.
