Azerbaijan was forced to resolve this issue on its own, Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Special Assignments, Elchin Amirbayov, said at a briefing, AZERTAC informs.

“I hope that today’s developments and arrangements will be completely fulfilled by the Armenian side. I think that this is one of the prerequisites for the future advancement of the peace process,” the Special Representative said.
