The 13th Meeting of the Council of Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) was held in Baku.
In his opening remarks, acting chairman of TURKPA, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Numan Kurtulmus, highlighted the importance of TURKPA, which possesses a crucial place among the Turkic cooperation institutions.
