On September 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid a foundation stone for the Istisu settlement in the Kalbajar district.
The President was briefed on the details of the settlement.
Istisu is situated in the western part of Kalbajar. The settlement, with a total area of 63.1 hectares, will be developed in stages. The master plan includes the construction of 159 individual houses, 71 townhouse-style homes (142 apartments), and 10 buildings with 180 apartments.
