On November 7, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, accompanied by a group of military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army, paid a solemn visit to the graves of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Martyrs in commemoration of Victory Day. Roses were arranged at the monument of the National Leader in the Alley of Honor and his memory was commemorated with reverence. The leadership of the Ministry visited the grave of esteemed ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva and paid tribute by laying roses.
