On July 4, the open court proceedings continued in the case against citizens of the Republic of Armenia—Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Davit Ishkhanyan, David Babayan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and others—charged with crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, including planning and waging aggressive war, genocide, violations of the laws and customs of war, as well as terrorism, financing terrorism, forcible seizure and retention of power, and numerous other offenses committed during Armenia’s military aggression against Azerbaijan.
