In alignment with the military cooperation agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, a national flag change ceremony was conducted in preparation for the joint exercise "Heydar Aliyev–2026", which is scheduled to take place in Kars, Türkiye, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry told AZERTAC.
