“Azerbaijan and Russia seek to expand economic cooperation and effectively leverage their existing potential,” Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told journalists following the Azerbaijan–Russia Business Council meeting in Baku. Alexei Overchuk noted that a solid legal framework has been formed within intergovernmental cooperation, paving the way for closer bilateral ties.
