Sir Nils Olav, Norway's beloved penguin knight, was promoted to the rank of brigadier in a special ceremony in Edinburgh Zoo on August 22. The ceremony was attended by 50 Norwegian soldiers from the King of Norway's Guard, and Sir Nils was on his best behavior as he marched past his human counterparts. When he's not partaking in military tradition, Sir Nils serves as the mascot of the King's Guard, and is the third penguin to receive. VİDEO: Edinburgh Zoo
