President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the inauguration of the Tartar-Seydimli-Garadaghli-Sarov highway. Chairman of Azeravtoyol OJSC Saleh Mammadov informed the head of state of the technical indicators of the highway.
