President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has chaired a republican conference on the development of cotton-growing at the Culture Center in Barda region. A photo stand highlighting the revival of Azerbaijan’s traditions of cotton-growing laid down by the national leader Heydar Aliyev was installed in the foyer of the center.
