Director-General of the Institute of Chinese Borderland Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Xing Guangcheng has said close relations between Xinhua and Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) contributes considerably to the development of Azerbaijan-China relations. Xing Guangcheng led a delegation of experts from China`s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as they met with Chairman of the Board of AZERTAC Aslan Aslanov.
