The first meeting of the High-Level Working Group on the Caspian Sea has kicked off in Baku involving representatives of the Caspian littoral states. Addressing the event, Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan`s representative in the High-Level Working Group on the Caspian Sea Khalaf Khalafov said the meeting will discuss a number of issues arising from the “Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea” as well as the results of the Fifth Summit of the Heads of the Caspian littoral states held in Aktau.
