"Military Patriotism and Specialist Training Center" under State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan holds trainings on intelligence, shooting and weaponry.
Head of the center Niyazi Eynalov noted that along with special military qualifications like sniper, intelligence officer, chef and driver, the Center has created a one-year shooting course for civils: students, medical stuff and sports people. 44 percent of the attendants are females. The students will learn how to prepare guns in 45-90 minute shooting courses.
