The first new Subway trains have arrived in Baku

The new trains have built-in direct passages linking compartments. The doors of the carriages are wider, and have light system to warn closing doors. The new trains have multi-functional zones for passengers, to carry heavy luggage, as well as areas for strollers and wheelchairs.
